The story behind this vid is actually pretty simple, though there is a few scenes I think I should explain.
First of all, it’s the end of the world. Yes, Sam did it. He’s the Antichrist. Sort of. And there’s a few people left.
The relationship between brothers in this vid is very ambiguously, and there’s a whole roller coaster of emotions going on throughout the video.
Dean feels for Sam. He loves him. And then again – he knows that what his doing is wrong, Sam’s wrong, and Dean really needs to do something with it. And each time he can’t. Each time he loses it.
There’s a blood-sucking scene. Yes, there is. Deal with it. Because imho – what can make those two more closer? More dependent from each other?
There’s no end to their story.

First thing first - I want that video in any way I can, I want this vid to be my present - the best way to have it. I'm not ashamed to admit it. Even though you posted it already, I just WANT it.

God, I love the first shots with Sam walking on the earth, the kingdom of his now.
Dean's torture, Sam's eyes in 0:18, and Dean in 0:20 - Dean accepting that it was the end.
Sam's look in 0:33-0:34 - priceless, his guilt is burning him inside.
Dean's eyes in 0:39-0:40 - the truth hurts.
And then Dean trying to push Sam away and giving in. And his shame that makes him cry. It's like he's the one to blame... oh Dean.
Joe' acene... It's hard to love a monster. And he tries to get away and he can't.
Okay, wincwst scene from 1:20 and the sounds. HOT and dangerous, and angsty, and that's why - more HOT.
Also, you include one of my fave scenes in 1:36-1:37, Jensen acts like God there.
01:42 Dean's eyes with Sam's "that's better", yeah.
01:44-01:46 - you meant that Dean belongs to the light side, and Sam to the darkness?
And then through Dean's eyes we see Sam going dark and making hell on earth, all those painful memories.
And then it's just Sam being Sammy for Dean, no matter what.
2:18-2:19 - love Dean's look.
And from 02:34 - I adore the scene. Sam being the pure demon and Dean being afraid of it and accepting it, and loving him. 02:41-02:46 - their interaction *thud*
FAVE SCENE, hands down.
02:58-03:02 - Sam is so beautiful while killing the man.
03:06 - red blood on b/w - awesomeness.
03:12 - love Sam's look you took to show him being high.
03:23 - YEAH, LOVE IT. This shot. yeah.
03:29 - Sam is getting out the door and we see Hell on earth.
03:59-04:00 - Dean's look "look who's in control here"
04:01 - puppy eyes are back)) Poor Sammy, I still love you *hugs him*
04:12 - someone is freeing himself.
04:14-04:15 - Sam's look. THE BEST.

Not only guilt, but all the emotions left. I mean, fear, love, understanding, etc.

I like how it turned out. Sam is a monster and still - Dean can't let him go, he can't go away himself.

You mean 404 dialogue? Anyway, he DOES acts like God...

And yes and no. Again, I like your interpritation, but also you can think like - Dean really tried to go away, to go away from Sam to the light, to that good that left inside of him. And yet again - he couldn't. Sort of.

It's louder than words.

FAVE SCENE, hands down.

It's such a cliche actually. But there's no better Sam's look in the whole show, I believe :P
