Oh, man, that's so dark. It's beautiful. That song gave me goosebumps when I was watching the promo and now with that 'Sam!' thrown in, it was even better. The way you had the Shadow become Sam at the beginning was incredible. Really, you blow me away! :)

Oh, that's fantastic. Thanks so much for this. I'm dling so I can show it to a few people I know who don't believe me that S4 just completely rocks. They are up to mid-S3 and can't see that Sam is sort of losing ground against the dark. Of course, I hope Dean pulls him back to Earth in S5...but man, S4 rocked. Thanks for making such a lovely video about it.

i was thinking about this vid, and i every time i came up with a different meaning.
you choose your own path, the roads that will lead you, and death is a part of your life, you meet it along the way, at the beggining, middle or end, and the ways you choose to live your life are leading you to the end that you're responsible for.

I think my favorite moment of this video were the shots of FL as the YED followed by Sam killing Lilith. Wonderful semblance of his plans come to fruition. And the intercut fight scenes between Sam and Dean were great.

I think this is one of the most gorgeous videos I have ever seen, for this show or any other. I'm really, really impressed!

First of all, I love the song choice -- by the way, do you know where I can find that song? I've searched Amazon and iTunes but can't seem to find it. Anyway, that song is excellent, so dark and ominous.

And what's really awesome is how you time everything, every motion on screen, every pause, every bit of chosen dialogue, with the most appropriate spots in the music, for full effect. I love how the wafting black smoke in the opening shot seems to dissolve and become Sam (creepy yet very cool, and says something about his character at the same time). I love how the music and beat crashes in on Dean's cry "SAM!" I love your scene and moment choices. All so powerful with this music, and the way it all layers together to become this dark, spooky, fantastic vid.

Actually I used this song in a video right after they made a trailer for s5 (I believe?) and I loved it so much I had to made a video for it :D And then, after they used this song in a trailer, they apparently decided to use it in the show, too :)
